At Holard Shop, payments are safe, simple, and secure.

2. Currency

All prices are in XAF (Central African CFA franc) unless stated otherwise.

3. Payment Security

We do not store your card details. All transactions are processed through encrypted, PCI-compliant gateways.

4. Payment Confirmation

5. Failed or Duplicate Payments

If you are charged twice, contact us via Contact Us with proof of payment. Verified duplicates will be refunded within 5-10 business days.

6. Refunds to Original Method
